Manager RESPONSIBILITIES Recruited by the market construction manager to
assist in redirecting the fiber to cell site project with a microwave
backhaul for Verizon. The project was failing completion goals
and placing the budget in jeopardy. Analysis resulted in the immediate
review of Verizon’s quality standards with all contractors who were working
at their own pace and build standards. Developed a new schedule and daily
report form. It was mandated that all construction managers
submit a report to specifically address construction crew activities.
All sites met quality demands and all projects were completed 1 week prior to
Verizon’s deadline with minimal impact on budget demands. Other
